What conversation would change things this Week?

Hi There, Reader,

There’s probably a conversation you’ve been thinking about more than you’d like to admit.

You know the one.

The conversation you keep telling yourself you’ll have when things calm down.

The one you’re rehearsing in your head because you’re worried about how the other person will react.

The one you know needs to happen, but you’re not sure how to start without making things worse.

So you wait.

You think about it.

You prepare for it.

And sometimes, preparing for the conversation becomes another way of avoiding it.

So let me ask you:

What would change if you stopped preparing to have the conversation and actually had it?

Not perfectly.
Not without nerves.
Not knowing exactly how the other person will respond.

Just with enough clarity and confidence to take the first step.

Try this today:

Name the conversation you’ve been avoiding.

Then ask yourself:

What am I afraid will happen?
What do I actually need to say?
What would help me approach it with less anxiety and more clarity?

You don’t have to know exactly how the conversation will go.

You just need to know why it needs to happen and how you want to show up for it.

And if you’re stuck on a conversation, you know you need to have, my free 15-minute Hard Conversation Strategy Call is a place to start.

You don’t have to figure it all out before you begin.

Sometimes, you just need a place to begin.

With love and courage,

What if the conversation isn’t the problem?

Hi There, Reader, Yes, I want Coaching! Most hard conversations don’t happen because someone wants conflict… They happen because something needs clarity. And here’s where I see so many strong leaders get stuck: They hesitate, soften too much, or avoid it altogether—because they don’t want to create tension.
